Dr. Karla Fallon

Dr. Karla Fallon's work in the fields of mental and behavioral health continues to be driven by a deep passion to help others improve the quality of their lives through creating positive and enduring change.
Dr. Fallon graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York where she received an MA and an EdM in Counseling Psychology. As a first semester Masters student she felt extremely humbled and honored to be taken under the wing of trailblazer, Dr. Judith Berman Brandenburg, who encouraged her to join her much sought after research team which focused on issues of equity.
Dr. Fallon went on to obtain her Doctoral Degree in Psychology from Saybrook University in San Francisco to study under some of the world’s most renowned humanistic psychologists and to complete her dissertation under the supervision of Dr. Amedeo Giorgi, a significant contributor to the history of the humanistic psychology movement, alongside such prominent figures as Carl Rogers and Fritz Perls. Dr. Fallon’s dissertation examined the complex phenomenon of human perception of the other.
Dr. Fallon is honored as a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and is a long-standing member of the American Counseling Association as well as the American Psychological Association. Dr. Fallon remains as passionate as ever about helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their goals. She is most invigorated and excited by creating teams, systems, and business models aimed at extending the reach of her compassionate results driven care and comprehensive skillset leading to positive outcomes for individuals, families, organizations, and communities.
